Since Abhi's Pet Care primarily provides digital-first booking and physical services (training, walking, clinic visits), "shipping" refers to the dispatch of our professional service providers to your location.

1. Service Areas

We provide physical services within a 15km radius of our central studio in Animal City. Services beyond this range may incur a travel convenience fee.

2. Dispatch Timing

For dog walking and training, our professionals will arrive within a 15-minute window of your scheduled time slot.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. Our policy ensures fair treatment for both pet owners and our service providers.

1. Cancellations

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the appointment are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 20% convenience fee.

2. Refunds

Refunds for clinic appointments or training sessions are processed within 5-7 business days if the service was not rendered due to our fault.
